Accordingly, for domestic job creation support, people whose land is recovered are consulted, oriented for their careers and introduced to free jobs at the Son La Provincial Employment Service Center.
At the same time, borrow capital to support job creation, maintenance and expansion of jobs from the National Employment Fund and other preferential credit sources according to the provisions of law at the Branch of the Social Policy Bank of Son La province and the affiliated Transaction Houses of the Social Policy Bank.
For those who work abroad under contracts, they will be supported with a maximum of 3 million VND/person/c course for vocational training according to actual training costs; supported with a maximum of 3 million VND/person/current for foreign language training according to actual learning costs; supported with necessary knowledge development of a maximum of 530 thousand VND/person/current.
In addition, during the training period, workers are also supported with 40,000 VND for meals/person/day; travel expenses (1 trip and return) for workers from their legal residence to the training location are 200,000 VND/person/course for workers residing 15km or more from the training location and 300,000 VND for workers residing in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions, 10km or more from the training location.
During the training period, workers are supported with accommodation costs of 200,000 VND/person/month and 400,000 VND for personal belongings (uniforms, blankets, scarves, etc.); supported with procedures to work abroad, including electronic chip-embedded passports and non-CP passports of 200,000 VND/issuance.
Support for issuance of judicial record cards is VND 200,000/time/person; For visa (visa) charges, which are supported according to the current level of the country of labor receiving; The cost of medical examination is supported at the actual price of medical examination and treatment services of the medical facility that is allowed to perform health checks for workers to work abroad, the maximum support level must not exceed 750 thousand VND/person.
In addition, workers are also supported with risk resolution during their working abroad, for cases of death it is 10 million VND/person; for cases of work accidents, risk accidents, illnesses, or diseases that are not healthy enough to continue working and have to return home before the deadline, they will be supported with a maximum of 5 million VND/person.
In some other objective risk cases, the maximum support level is not more than 3 million VND/person; in case the person whose land is recovered belongs to two or more subjects of application, he/she will receive the highest support level and will only receive the support levels once.
People whose land is recovered are entitled to preferential loans when working abroad under contracts from the Social Policy Bank of Son La province.
