With the Thao River, the water level at Yen Bai station (Lao Cai province), Phu Tho station (Phu Tho province) is and will change slowly in a downward trend.
Monitoring data at Yen Bai station at 7 am on July 15 was at 25.24m, at the same time at Phu Tho station at 12.49m.
With the Lo River, the water level at Tuyen Quang station is changing slowly, and the water level at Vu Quang station is decreasing according to hydropower regulation.
Monitoring data at Tuyen Quang station at 7:00 a.m. on July 15 was at 14.96m, at the same time at Vu Quang station at 7.66m.
It is forecasted that the water level at Tuyen Quang station and Vu Quang station will change slowly and be affected by the upstream hydropower regulation.

With the Da River, the flow to Hoa Binh Lake fluctuates according to the regulation of the above-line hydropower plant.
At 7 am on July 15, the water level of Hoa Binh Lake was at 39.08m (lower than on July 14).
With the Red River, the water level downstream of the Red River at Hanoi station is fluctuating according to the regulation of the upper-level hydropower plant and is affected by the tide with a downward trend due to the Tuyen Quang hydropower plant closing the bottom discharge gate at 4:00 PM on July 13.
At 7 am on July 15, the water level at Hanoi station was at 3.98m.
It is forecasted that the water level downstream of the Red River at the Hanoi Hydrological Station will fluctuate according to the regulation of the upper-level hydropower plant and be affected by the tide with a downward trend.
