With the Da River, the flow to Hoa Binh reservoir is and will continue to fluctuate due to the regulation of the above-line hydropower plant.
Monitoring data shows that at 7:00 AM on September 12, the water level of the Da River at Hoa Binh reservoir station was 7.94m.
For the Red River, the water level downstream of the Red River at the Hanoi Hydrological Station is and will continue to change slowly, fluctuating according to the tidal regime and upstream reservoir regulation.
According to monitoring data, the water level downstream of the Red River at Hanoi station at 7:00 AM on September 12 was 1.51m.
