On September 11, the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting issued a Short-term Hydrographic Forecast and Warning Bulletin.

According to the bulletin, with the Thao River, the water level at Yen Bai station (Lao Cai province) is and is forecast to continue to change slowly.

Monitoring data at Yen Bai station at 7:00 AM on September 11 was at 25.10m, at the same time at Phu Tho station at 12.20m.

For the Lo River, the water level at Tuyen Quang station and Vu Quang station (Phu Tho province) is and will continue to fluctuate according to the upstream hydropower regulation.

Monitoring data at Tuyen Quang station at 7:00 a.m. on September 11 was at 13.55m, at the same time at Vu Quang station at 5.46m.

With the Da River, the flow to Hoa Binh reservoir is and will continue to fluctuate due to the regulation of the above-line hydropower plant.

Monitoring data shows that at 7:00 AM on September 11, the water level of the Da River at Hoa Binh reservoir station was at 3.89m.

For the Red River, the water level downstream of the Red River at the Hanoi Hydrological Station is and will continue to change slowly according to the tidal regime and upstream reservoir regulation.

According to monitoring data, the water level downstream of the Red River at Hanoi station at 7:00 am on September 11 was 1.82m.
