Monitoring data at Tuyen Quang station at 7:00 am on September 14 was at 12.53m, at the same time at Vu Quang station at 4.88m.
With the Da River, the flow to Hoa Binh reservoir is and will continue to fluctuate due to the regulation of the above-line hydropower plant.
Monitoring data shows that at 7:00 AM on September 14, the water level of the Da River at Hoa Binh reservoir station was at 2.46m.
For the Red River, the water level downstream of the Red River at the Hanoi Hydrological Station is and will continue to fluctuate according to tides and affect the regulation of hydropower on the upper line.
According to monitoring data, the water level downstream of the Red River at Hanoi station at 7:00 am on September 14 was 1.51m.
