With the Thao River, the water level at Yen Bai station (Lao Cai province), Phu Tho station is and will continue to change slowly.
Monitoring data at Yen Bai station at 7:00 AM on August 23rd was at 26.22m, at the same time at Phu Tho station at 13.17m.
With the Lo River, the water level at Tuyen Quang station is and will continue to change slowly and be affected by the upstream hydropower regulation.
Monitoring data at Tuyen Quang station at 7:00 AM on August 23rd was at 13.74m, at the same time at Vu Quang station at 6.88m.
With the Da River, the flow to Hoa Binh reservoir is and will continue to fluctuate according to the above-level hydropower regulation.
At 7:00 AM on August 23, the water level of Hoa Binh Lake was at 14.95m.
With the Red River, the water level downstream of the Red River at the Hanoi Hydrological Station is decreasing.
At 7:00 AM on August 23, the water level at Hanoi station was at 3.61m.
It is forecasted that the water level of the Red River at Hanoi station will continue to decrease due to Hoa Binh reservoir closing the bottom discharge gate at 4:00 PM on August 22.
