At Tuyen Quang reservoir, by 9 am on January 29, the upstream water level reached 115.88m; water flow to the reservoir reached 177m3/s; total discharge amount was 601.33m3/s.
Implementing the inter-reservoir operation process on the Red River basin, Tuyen Quang Hydropower Plant has closed the bottom discharge gate of Tuyen Quang hydropower reservoir, currently only maintaining power generation through units.
