According to Ms. Mien, S. is the eldest brother in a family of two siblings. S.'s younger brother is currently in 11th grade. S.'s father was already weak and died early, from then on, all economic burdens in the family fell on his mother's shoulders.
S.'s mother is currently a garment worker at Hoa Xa Industrial Park, Thanh Nam ward, Ninh Binh province. Her husband died early, and S.'s mother alone has to take on the task of taking care of her two sons with a worker's salary that is not abundant.
Feeling sorry for his mother's hardship, S. always tried to study with the desire to pass the university entrance exam, and later have a stable job to take care of himself and help his mother.
Ms. Mien said that S. is a good person, emotional and loves her mother very much. Before the university entrance exam, she once wished to take the exam for a military school. S. thought that if she was admitted, her family would reduce some of the burden of tuition fees.
However, S. was 0.5 points short to be admitted to the military school. After that, he enrolled in the University of Mining and Geology. The lecture hall dream had just started for about 2 weeks when the accident happened, taking away the opportunity to study and the plans that the male student cherished.

Previously, at about 10 am on September 17, in the area at the end of Vien street, towards area B of the University of Mining and Geology, people discovered an old Honda Wave motorbike, black and blue, license plate 18F5-55xx lying on the drain mouth. The surrounding area was flooded, at that time there were no passersby.

After many hours of searching, at about 11:30 am on September 18, functional forces found the body of the male student in the area of the Mo bridge sewer mouth, Vien street. This is the drainage location from the area where the male student went missing to the Nhue River.
