On August 17, Ho Chi Minh City Police are investigating the case of a young man lying dead with a motorbike next to a light pole in Chanh Hiep Ward.
The accident occurred on Le Chi Dan Street, near Ba Co Bridge. Initial information, at around 5:00 p.m. the same day, people on Le Chi Dan Street heard a loud noise on the street.
Suspecting something was wrong, people went out to see and discovered the young man and his motorbike lying motionless near the light pole.
When they arrived to check, they discovered that the young man had died. The incident was then reported to the authorities.
At the scene, the motorbike driven by the victim was lying on the sidewalk, the young man's body was lying on the road near a light pole.
The identity of the deceased victim was identified as B.M.D (born in 2002, residing in Chanh Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
Upon receiving the report, the authorities of Chanh Hiep ward were present to protect the scene. By the evening of the same day, Ho Chi Minh City Police had completed the scene investigation. The cause of the accident is still being investigated.
