On the morning of July 1st, a leader of Mai Phu commune said that a traffic accident had just occurred in the area, killing a young man.
Accordingly, at about 7:30 pm on June 30, N.K.H (21 years old, residing in Loc Ha commune, Ha Tinh province) was driving a motorbike on provincial road 547, when he reached near a gas station in Mai Phu commune, he hit a stray buffalo on the road.
After the strong collision, the motorbike lost control and crashed into a moving truck, causing H to fall to the road and be seriously injured.
The victim was then taken to the hospital by people for emergency treatment but did not survive.
Upon receiving the news, functional forces were present at the scene to investigate and clarify the cause.
