On the morning of March 23, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee organized a thematic conference on educating revolutionary ideals, ethics, and lifestyles for the young generation in 2026, with more than 1,300 union members and youth participating directly, online and via livestream.

Attending the conference at the central bridge point were Mr. Duong Duc Huy - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; along with leaders of a number of departments, agencies, branches and a large number of union members and youth in the province.
The conference is a widespread political activity to arouse the aspiration to contribute, the spirit of innovation and creativity; and at the same time equip young people with knowledge, skills, and improve political bravery, ethics, and lifestyle in the context of integration.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Duong Duc Huy - Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that youth are the successor force, playing a leading role in the future, and need to be oriented to become "both red and professional" citizens.
In the new context, helping young people identify goals, proactively establish themselves, and start a career is extremely necessary.

Notably, he sends a message: "What if the whole life is not brilliant?" - cherish sustainable values instead of chasing for temporary prominence; live your own way, persistently like street lights silently illuminating, instead of shining and then fading like fireworks; choose peace and kindness instead of eagerly pursuing glory.

Lao Cai province is also promoting digital transformation with the movement "Digital literacy", building a "digital literacy force" to support people in applying technology in life and production.
Within the framework of the conference, delegates watched reports, participated in exchanges on digital transformation, the role of youth in socio-economic development, protecting sea and island sovereignty; and listened to the topic "Youth for the Homeland's Sea and Islands".
