Present at the Phuc Hamlet Cultural House to receive the money back, Mr. Pham Van Do (in Phuong Dinh Commune, Truc Ninh District, Nam Dinh Province) said that in early March, his family took relatives to Thanh Binh Company to use cremation services and use cremation packages to get "beautiful grass". Previously, Nam Dinh Provincial Police issued a decision to administratively fine Thanh Binh Company VND19 million for two acts: posting prices for fire services, incorrect ceremony service prices and providing services higher than the approved and approved listed prices.
