Information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police, from June 2025, Hanoi City Police officially integrated the Zalo OA page "Hanoi Traffic Police Department" with the Digital Capital Citizen Application (iHanoi) to receive information reflecting violations of traffic order and safety (TTATGT) in the city.
Accordingly, when people submit a report of traffic violations via Zalo, the system will instruct them to scan the QR code or access the link to send a report directly on iHanoi.
People who have installed the application can submit their feedback in the "Reflections, recommendations" section; Those who have not installed will be guided in detail by the system.
Reports from people through the iHanoi application will be forwarded to functional units under the City People's Committee, including the City Police, to organize inspections, verification, handling and feedback according to regulations.
This integration not only contributes to modernizing management work, but also promotes the supervisory role of the people, promotes the application of technology in ensuring traffic safety and order and building a civilized and modern urban area.
Previously, from August 2023, Hanoi City Police deployed the Zalo OA page "Hanoi Traffic Police Department" to create a channel for direct interaction between people and functional forces.
In recent times, this channel has been clearly effective, with nearly 82,000 accounts interested, receiving more than 16,000 feedback from people.
Of which, there are 4,758 reports with sufficient grounds for verification and handling according to regulations. Through inspection work, the authorities have drawn up records, fined 3,161 violations, collected more than 4 billion VND to the budget and temporarily detained 132 vehicles.
