To ensure security, safety and smooth traffic to serve the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly (taking place from June 11 to June 28, 2025) in Hanoi, Hanoi City Police issued a notice on traffic diversion plans and organized directions for vehicles.
Accordingly, all vehicles will be banned from circulating on Doc Lap Street (from Hoang Van Thu - Doc Lap to Ton That Dam - Doc Lap) during the following time frames:
Morning: from 07:15 to the end (Friday to Saturday every week);
Afternoon: from 1:45 p.m. to the end (Friday to Saturday every week).
During the period of closure of Doc Lap Street, traffic instructions for vehicles are as follows:
Vehicles on the Dien Bien Phu - Ton That Dam - Chu Van An - Ton Duc Thang route..., in the opposite direction, follow the Chu Van An - Ton That Dam - Dien Bien Phu - Hoang Dieu route...
Vehicles from Hoang Hoa Tham follow the Hung Vuong - Hoang Van Thu - Hoang Dieu - Phan Dinh Phung route or Hung Vuong - Hoang Van Thu - Hoang Dieu - Dien Bien Phu.
Hanoi City Police recommends that traffic participants strictly comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety and the instructions and regulation of vehicle flow by the authorities; proactively choose the appropriate travel time and route.
When encountering priority vehicles that are giving priority signals to go on duty, they must quickly reduce speed, avoid, stop close to the right side of the road, and switch to the nearest level crossings and intersections to give way.
