Lao Cai - These days, people in Lang Nu (Phuc Khanh commune, Bao Yen) are actively packing up to move into their new homes after many days of waiting.

After more than 2 months of construction, the Lang Nu resettlement area has completed most of the houses and community centers for the residents. Currently, only a few small items are being implemented at a rapid pace.

In preparation for the upcoming handover ceremony, households in the village have prepared furniture, cleaned up the stilt houses, and are ready for a new start.

On December 14, according to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, at the reconstruction site of Lang Nu village, in addition to the construction work of the workers, the atmosphere of cleaning and moving furniture to the new house also took place very hurriedly and urgently.

In the new stilt houses, joy gradually appeared on the haggard faces of the local households. People were happily cleaning their houses, while others were moving furniture for daily use into their homes.

In the excited atmosphere of returning to the new house, Mr. Hoang Van Vo shared: “We are moving things from the temporary housing area to the new house and cleaning it. We are very happy to be returning to our new house after many days of waiting. Everyone is working hard, supporting each other to move things to complete all the work soon.”

But from today, the households have been busy moving their belongings to their new homes.
