At this time, the site clearance (GPMB) of the Truc Tuan Industrial Cluster (CCN) project in Truc Tuan commune, Truc Ninh district, former Nam Dinh province (now Co Le commune, new Ninh Binh province) has been completed and ahead of schedule. Local authorities have paid compensation money to local people before the Lunar New Year.
Truc Tuan Industrial Cluster has an area of about 67 hectares, the investor of technical infrastructure construction is HTQ Construction Investment Joint Stock Company; total investment capital is more than 820 billion VND.
The progress of the technical infrastructure construction investment project is expected to start construction in the second quarter of 2026 and go into operation after 24 months from the date of commencement, with a operating period of 50 years.
It is known that the Truc Tuan CCN construction project has 591 households recovering land with a land clearance support amount of 190 billion VND, mainly households in Van Lang Nam, An Quan, Nam Lang Dong and Nam Lang Tay villages.
As one of the households whose land is in the land recovery area, Mr. Ninh Van Be (in Van Lang Nam village, Co Le commune) said: "Initially, my family was also a little worried because we had to hand over land for the project, but when we heard the local government explain clearly about the compensation level, rights and payment time, we agreed. My family is very excited to receive compensation money before Tet. Paying the money early helps the family have more funds to cover expenses at the beginning of the new year.
Many other households when receiving compensation money before Tet also felt very happy and excited when the project was completed, creating job opportunities to promote local economic development.

Mr. Vu Viet Thanh - Vice Chairman of Co Le Commune People's Committee said that in the process of implementing site clearance work, difficulties and obstacles arising have been promptly grasped, dialogued, and removed in the spirit of ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people. The site clearance work of Truc Tuan Industrial Cluster has received high consensus, and the implementation progress has been accelerated compared to the initial plan to pay compensation to the people earlier than expected. The site clearance progress of the project exceeded the set plan by 6 months.
Early payment of compensation for site clearance not only brings direct benefits to households but is also a premise for investors to quickly deploy technical infrastructure and prepare to start the project after the Tet holiday.
Truc Tuan IC is located in the industrial development plan of Ninh Binh province and is expected to become a new highlight in attracting investment and shifting the industry structure towards modernity and sustainability. When completed, this IC is expected to attract secondary investors, create more jobs for local workers and increase budget revenue, contributing to improving people's lives.
