On September 7, Thu Duc Ward Police (HCMC) are investigating the cause of a lottery ticket seller's death on Pham Van Dong Street.
On the same morning, many people traveling on Pham Van Dong Street, from Binh Loi Bridge to Linh Xuan Overpass, when they reached the section in Thu Duc Ward, discovered a man sitting motionless on a three-wheeled electric car.
When they came closer to check, people discovered that he had died. The incident was quickly reported to the authorities.
Immediately afterwards, Thu Duc Ward Police coordinated with medical forces to the scene to block off and conduct an investigation. Initially, the authorities identified the victim as Mr. N.V.Q (70 years old). At the time of discovery, Mr. Q was on his way to sell lottery tickets.
The police are continuing to investigate the case to clarify the cause.
