On the morning of August 22, some people in Tich Tuong village (Quang Tri ward, Quang Tri province) participated in cleaning and cutting grass in the cemetery area in the village.
A resident used a machine with a metal tongue to cut the grass, but suddenly the metal tongue broke and hit Mr. N.H (residing in Tich Tuong village) on the head.
Although Mr. H was 10m from the location of thecaut cutter, the metal tongue collided strongly, killing the victim.
After the incident, the police and the Procuracy conducted a crime scene investigation, autopsy and conducted initial investigation activities.
The victim's body has been handed over by the authorities and taken home for funeral arrangements.
