The article argues that the car owner requested the woman to compensate 10 million VND, and then the situation recorded in the video occurred.
The clip shows an elderly woman kneeling in the middle of the road, continuously clasping her hands to beg a man.
According to the initial report of functional agencies in Nha Trang ward, the collision occurred on August 22 at the Le Dai Hanh - Nguyen Trai intersection, Nha Trang ward. The incident only caused minor damage to the vehicles.
After the collision, the two sides negotiated on their own, resolved the civil matter and did not report to the authorities.
During the process of resolving, the car driver asked the woman to keep the scene to wait for insurance to come to support. However, the woman knelt down on her own, clasped her hands and asked the car driver to let it go.
According to functional agencies, the woman performed the above action herself, and there was no threat or coercion from the driver.
Both sides did not film the video and post the incident on social networks. Images and videos circulating online are believed to be recorded by passersby.
