According to the design, the factory has an initial capacity of 500,000 tons of products/year, an 8 tons/hour burning furnace, a rolling machine, a refrigerating floor, a length cutter, and an advanced Chinese technology grinder. Cai Lan Shipbuilding Industry 1TV Company Limited owes more than 1.6 billion VND, with the number of months owed being 49 months.
According to Quang Ninh Social Insurance, the amount of late insurance payments of units across Quang Ninh province as of July 31, 2025 is about 219 billion VND, accounting for 2.3% of the total amount to be collected in 2025, 0.85% lower than the plan assigned by Vietnam Social Insurance in the third quarter of 2025.
