The house that had just had its roof blown off after storm No. 5 has now been devastated again by storm No. 10. The storm came right before the big day of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Quyet's family (born in 1976, residing in Thinh Loc commune, Ha Tinh province), when there was less than a day left until her son's wedding.
"The tiled roof was blown away by the wind in the middle of the night. In the state, the rain was all wet, tables, chairs, and decorations were affected. The whole family worked hard all morning to clean up, I don't know what to do with my wedding tomorrow" - Ms. Quyet said sadly.

According to the plan, Mrs. Quyet's son's wedding ceremony is scheduled to be held at 11:00 a.m. on September 30, at the same time as the boy's and girl's families, with about 55 banquets, more than 500 guests invited from many places. The preparations were basically complete before the storm made landfall. But in just one night, the house became messy and desolate.
"We are waiting to see if the weather is good to decide to hold a wedding tomorrow" - Ms. Quyet said.

Not only the roof was blown off, but some trees around the house also broke and blocked the road. Power outage, rain and gusts of wind.
Ms. Quyet's family is not the only case who fell into a ironic situation after the storm. In Thinh Loc commune and many other areas, many houses had their roofs blown off, trees fell, and their daily lives were disrupted.
Local authorities are urgently supporting households to overcome the consequences, clean up the scene and review dangerous areas to ensure safety.
For Ms. Quyet's family, the only thing they hope for right now is for the rain to stop and the wind to be calm, so that they can organize a wedding for their son on the scheduled day, even though it has to be simpler, it is still enough to be filled with joy and warmth after the storm.
