Previously, on September 24, Mr. Tran Ngoc Huong - Deputy Director, Chairman of the Trade Union of Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant, together with leaders of Tuy Phong District People's Committee and Tuy Phong District Education Promotion Association, awarded scholarships "Step by step for children to go to school in 2024" to students in difficult circumstances with a total value of 25 million VND.
Over the years, Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant has always cared for and supported the local government where the Plant is located through meaningful social security programs. Notable among these is the support and mobilization of the program "Helping children go to school".
This is a key program in the social security activities of Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant, demonstrating the unit's efforts, providing material, spiritual and financial support to create conditions for local students to study enthusiastically, overcome difficulties to continue their dream of going to school.
In a series of social activities in September 2024, the Youth Union of Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant also carried out a volunteer activity to clean up the beach on the occasion of the 4th Green Sunday.
The Factory's youth volunteers cleaned up about 1km of beach - a natural beach without residents or tourists, in Binh Thanh commune, Tuy Phong district.
The activity aims to contribute to improving the environmental landscape and at the same time raise awareness, role and responsibility of the young generation and local people in environmental protection activities.
