Mr. Tran Quoc Thang - technical officer of Thanh Linh Construction and Trading Co., Ltd. present at the construction site said that currently only a group of workers in Ha Tinh have returned to work, and most workers from other provinces will return to work from February 26 and 28 (10th and 12th of Tet).

The Thanh Sen ward social housing project phase 2 will be implemented from August 2025, invested by the Ha Tinh Development Investment Fund. The project has a total investment of 550 billion VND.
