The investment project to build Ring Road 1, Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section has a total investment of 7,210 billion VND from the city budget.
The road is about 2.2km long, with a cross-section of 50m, starting point at the Cat Linh - La Thanh - Yen Lang intersection (Hoang Cau), ending point at the Voi Phuc intersection.
To date, site clearance work is basically completed.
The Hanoi Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board is coordinating with the People's Committees of O Cho Dua, Giang Vo, Lang wards to continue to handle existing problems, and at the same time urge contractors to organize continuous construction, including on holidays, to ensure progress.

According to the expected progress, the Hanoi Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board strives to complete the technical opening of the road section on September 2, 2026; 2 overpasses at Lang Ha and Nguyen Chi Thanh intersections will be completed before December 31, 2026.
According to Vice Chairman of Hanoi City People's Committee Do Anh Tuan, the opening of Ring Road 1 has both created a closed ring road and recognized the efforts of the investor and local authorities, and at the same time set a management model for implementing key investment projects being implemented in the city.
Recorded at the Ring Road 2.5 project section passing through Cau Giay, Yen Hoa, Thanh Xuan, Khuong Dinh wards, the construction unit is also urgently deploying tasks at the construction site.
In which, the section of Dich Vong - Duong Dinh Nghe New Urban Area is about 0.71km long, 50m wide; the Vu Pham Ham - Tran Duy Hung section is about 0.6km long, 40m wide; the Nguy Nhu Kon Tum - Nguyen Trai section is about 0.95km long, 40m wide; the Nguyen Trai - Dam Hong section is about 1.52km long, 40m wide.

The above route sections are expected to be completed in 2026 with the aim of completing Ring Road 2.5 to handle traffic bottlenecks and emergencies; completing the transportation network, attracting investment, contributing to creating the face of the city along the route in particular and of the whole city in general, contributing to the socio-economic development of the Capital.
In Cau Giay ward, the project to expand alley 381 Nguyen Khang street with a length of 340m has restarted after many years of stagnation due to site clearance work.
To date, all 103 organizations, households, and individuals have agreed to hand over land for the project with a total land area of 7,328.2m2.

The demolition and handover of the site have basically been completed. The project is expected to be started in September, completing the entire project in 2026.
