Functional forces of O Cho Dua ward (Hanoi) are organizing working groups to go to each household subject to site clearance to propagate, mobilize, and support the implementation of the project of parking lots, green trees, flower gardens and synchronize infrastructure in the land strip between Ring Road 1 and La Thanh road, Hoang Cau - Lang Ha section.
During the mobilization process, working groups listened to people's opinions on compensation, support, and resettlement; and at the same time guided households to proactively move assets and hand over land on schedule.
According to records, many households are actively dismantling works, moving furniture and machinery to soon return the ground to functional agencies.
One of the households subject to site clearance is the family of Mr. Do Van Lan, living and attached to the business of iron and steel, construction materials at No. 357 La Thanh street for about 20 years. The family agreed with the policy of site clearance to implement the project, and at the same time expects the government to continue to support people in the process of stabilizing their lives after relocation.
The family only hopes that the State will continue to pay attention to and create favorable conditions both materially and spiritually so that people can soon stabilize their lives and maintain business activities in their new residence" - Mr. Lan said.
Ms. Dam Anh, a business household renting premises with a cost of 15 million VND/month, said that her family complies with the general policy and is urgently dismantling and moving machinery and assets.
“If the State has a policy, we just comply. There are a lot of machinery and furniture in the house, so the family is focusing on cleaning, it is expected that it will take one to two days to complete cleaning and hand over the premises. Currently, I have not found a suitable new premises because searching is very difficult at this time. For now, I have to send machinery and furniture to relatives' houses and find a place to rent temporary warehouses, then I will continue to find a stable and long-term business location” - Ms. Dam Anh shared.
According to the People's Committee of O Cho Dua ward, the project has an area of 6,803m2, a total investment of more than 2,921 billion VND, and the implementation period is in the period 2026-2029.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Dung - Director of the Investment - Construction Project Management Board of O Cho Dua ward, informed that out of a total of 164 households subject to site clearance, 110 households have signed land handover minutes. The remaining households are continuing to move furniture, assets and dismantle works to prepare for land handover in the near future.
The project of parking lots, green trees, flower gardens and synchronous infrastructure in the land strip between Ring Road 1 and La Thanh road, Hoang Cau - Lang Ha section is expected to contribute to completing infrastructure, urban embellishment, supplementing green space and improving the landscape of the area.
