On September 12, information from the Directorate of Civil Judgment Execution (THADS) said that in order to promptly direct the recovery of damage caused by storm No. 3 (storm Yagi), the working group of the Directorate of THADS led by Mr. Nguyen Van Son - Deputy Directorate of THADS - came to inspect and work with the THADS Department of Quang Ninh province and the THADS Branch of Ha Long city.
Up to now, all civil servants, public employees, workers (and their families) of the THADS agencies of Quang Ninh province are safe.
However, the facilities of the THADS agencies were damaged to varying degrees, the most severe damage was to the headquarters of the Provincial THADS Department, the THADS Branches of Ha Long City and Quang Yen Town.
For the headquarters of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Quang Ninh province: The roof of the 4th floor hall, the highest floor of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment building was almost completely destroyed, equipment and facilities in the hall were severely damaged.
The corridors and offices on all floors of the building were soaked with rainwater from the conference hall, and the document storage room was flooded. Many glass windows of the building and offices were broken, and some tables, chairs, and machines were soaked with water and damaged.
For the THADS Branch office in Ha Long City: Many glass doors in the offices and the building were broken, many doors were shattered. Many of the Branch's pending files were blown away by the storm, blown out of the filing cabinets and desks, lost, soaked in rainwater or torn...
To promptly overcome the consequences of storm No. 3, the Directorate leader requested the Department of Natural Disaster Prevention and Control of Quang Ninh province to focus and mobilize all local, central and local resources to limit and immediately overcome the damage caused by the storm, ensure safety, protect working equipment and means of transport, and prioritize urgent matters at hand.
Pay special attention to lost or damaged records and documents. THADS agencies need to focus on restoring records and documents. In cases where they have been lost or cannot be restored, coordinate with relevant agencies and organizations (People's Procuracy, Police, local authorities, etc.) to make a record that describes the most complete and detailed information possible, ensuring strict legal synthesis, and report to the Directorate.
Organize to deploy work as soon as possible after overcoming damages and difficulties affecting the normal operations of THADS agencies, and strive to complete assigned targets and tasks.
Closely follow local direction in overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3; in case of difficulties or beyond capacity, report to local leaders, Directorate leaders, and Ministry leaders for timely direction and resolution.
