On the afternoon of August 31, 2025, the Party Cell Committee and the Executive Committee of Hamlet 9, Can Duoc Commune, Tay Ninh Province organized a meeting for the people in the hamlet to celebrate National Day on September 2. There were about 50 people attending the meeting at the Hamlet Cultural House.
After the flag-raising ceremony and reviewing the traditional history of the nation associated with the successful August Revolution and the September 2nd Independence Day, people were able to exchange the program " Sing together" and have a rather decent salty feast.
Mr. Vo Van Giang - Secretary of the Hamlet Party Cell - said that the entire cost of organizing the meeting was voluntarily contributed by the people in the hamlet.

Immediately after receiving the policy of the Party and State on giving gifts to all people, each person 100,000 VND on the occasion of the National Day, the People's Committee of Can Duoc Commune (Tay Ninh Province) requested the policy of the Commune Party Committee and was approved to organize forces to give gifts to all people in the commune right on the occasion of the holiday.
According to Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phuc - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Can Duoc Commune Party Committee, the commune established 10 gift-giving groups led by 10 comrades from the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee, directly coming to the Executive Committees of 31 hamlets to organize the gift-giving for the people. On September 1, over 80% of people in the commune received gifts, and it is expected that they will basically be completed by September 2.
