On the morning of March 14, Detention Center No. 1, Dak Lak Provincial Police organized an early voting ceremony for officers, soldiers and those being temporarily detained.
This event marks an important step in ensuring the right to vote for all citizens, including those being detained.
Here, there are 161 voters who are officials, soldiers, contract workers and 204 voters who are temporarily detained.

Among the special voters participating in the early elections at Detention Center No. 1, Mr. T.V. D (from Ninh Binh) is one of the people being temporarily detained.
He said that in recent days, prison officials have disseminated biographies of candidates, helping him better understand his rights and responsibilities in the election.

He shared that although he is in a special situation, participating in the election helps him feel his citizen rights, this is an important right that he cherishes.
Lieutenant Colonel Phung Minh Tri - Warden of Detention Center No. 1 said that the preparation for early elections has been carried out thoroughly, ensuring that all voters, including officers, soldiers and detainees, have the right to vote like all other citizens.
The election organization is carried out in accordance with procedures, ensuring publicity, transparency and in accordance with the law.




To ensure fairness and compliance with regulations, the election team organized serious voting, fully implementing the steps from disseminating information about candidates to checking and supervising the voting process.
