Investing 59 billion VND to renovate Dong Le ecological lake
As Lao Dong newspaper reported on June 21, the Dong Le ecological lake renovation project, Ha Lieu area and Quang Trung area, Viet Tri ward, has started the selection of construction contractors.
The above project has a total investment of 59 billion VND. In which, Package No. 07: Construction of works worth more than 42.9 billion VND is being widely bid through the network.
In the future, after having the contractor selection results, the winning bidder will deploy construction, with a construction area of about 2.8ha on the lake area, part of which is the existing traffic road.
Technical infrastructure items such as leveling, roads, sidewalks, green trees, water supply and drainage systems, electricity supply, and lighting are built synchronously.
Regarding the traffic road system, there are 4 roads in total (442.84m, 234.18m, 156.92m, 83.47m long; total about 917m) and 1 lake embankment line 544.50m long.
Along with that, the project will build: Water tanks for planting trees and green strips for aesthetic shaping on sidewalks; drainage culverts and ditches combined with manholes; low-voltage electrical systems, lighting.
Investing 85 billion VND to "change clothes" for Hung Vuong Square
Previously, on June 17, the project of lighting, decoration, and fountain system in Hung Vuong square area, Viet Tri ward completed the contractor selection work.
The above project has a total investment of 85 billion VND. In which, Package No. 03: Construction and installation of works was approved to win the bid with a price of nearly 79.3 billion VND.
Thus, the lighting, decoration, and fountain system in Hung Vuong Square area will be officially constructed. The scale of construction investment includes:
The floor sound water music system is built on the square campus with a total construction area of about 3,400m2 with a system including: About 1,000 shaped nozzles, about 1,000 submerged pumps, more than 1,000 LED lights and controlled electrical cabinet systems, electrical cables, computers, sound...
The elliptical fountain system (including 2 fountains) symmetry on both sides of the square has a total construction scale of about 1,500m2 combined with systems including: Sculpture nozzles; 3-phase and submerged pumps; LED lights and control cabinets, industrial computers, electrical cables...
In addition, the contractor will renovate, plant, and arrange green trees to create harmony for the overall architectural structure of the project area; install public utilities, transformer stations serving the project and some other auxiliary items.
Investing 42 billion VND to renovate the landscape of the central area
Not long before that, at the beginning of June 2026, the project to Improve the landscape of Dong Can Lake Park and the flower garden and green tree area near the Provincial Party Committee in Viet Tri ward also deployed the selection of construction contractors.
The above project has a total investment of more than 42 billion VND. In which, Package No. 03: Construction and installation of the project is priced at nearly 34 billion VND and is being widely bid through the network.
In the future, after the above-mentioned construction package has bidding results, the construction unit will deploy the renovation of the landscape of Dong Can Lake park and the flower garden and green tree area near the Provincial Party Committee.
With Dong Can Lake area: Planting new trees along Tran Phu and Nguyen Tat Thanh streets; dismantling 6 flower beds and a stone-paved yard on the West side to expand the centralized yard.
Walking paths and yards: Repair damaged positions; renovate 3 sections of grinding concrete walking paths to install exercise machines; add 2 walkways from Nguyen Tat Thanh street to the lake.
Technical infrastructure: Building stainless steel fences to block alley 23B Tran Phu; newly painting the iron bridge and railing of the lotus pedestal area; installing a system of decorative lights for the lake, walking paths and tree lights.
For the small lake area adjacent to Dong Can Lake: Embankment to renovate the lakebed and surrounding sidewalks; build a new system of surface water and wastewater collection ditches; install lighting systems and plant more green trees around the lake.
For the flower garden adjacent to the Provincial Party Committee: Lowering and expanding the current stage platform; dismantling 8 old decorative light poles; planting more trees and installing a system of street decorative lights and tree lights.
