60 billion VND to upgrade inner-city roads
The project "Mai An Tiem Street (section from Nguyen Tat Thanh street to Vu The Lang street), Viet Tri ward" has a total investment of 60 billion VND invested by the Project Management Board for Construction Investment of Viet Tri ward.
According to the reporter's investigation, on June 6, 2026, the investor issued a bidding invitation notice for Package No. 06: Construction of the project.
Package No. 06 was widely bid through the network, with a price of nearly 28.9 billion VND from the budget of Viet Tri ward and mobilized from other legal capital sources.
In the near future, after having the contractor selection results, the winning bidder will construct the traffic road section, lighting, moving low-voltage power, moving telecommunications - on Mai An Tiem street.
According to the technical requirements in the bidding documents, the road being constructed has a total length of 857.64m, starting point intersecting with Nguyen Tat Thanh street, ending point intersecting with Vu The Lang street and some connecting branch lines in the area.
The road will be designed with 4 lanes according to urban road standards, regional-level main road type, design speed of 50km/h.
The roadbed width is 27m, of which the asphalt concrete road surface is 14.4m wide, weirs are arranged on both sides 0.3m each, sidewalks on each side 6m. Green trees, lighting, and drainage systems will be arranged on both sides of the sidewalks.
The completion deadline for the bidding package is 360 days.
42 billion VND to renovate the landscape of the central area
The project to renovate the landscape of Ho Dong Can Park and the flower garden and green tree area near the Provincial Party Committee has a total investment of more than 42 billion VND invested by the Viet Tri Ward Construction Investment Project Management Board as the Investor.
Also in early June, the investor issued a bidding notice for Package No. 03: Construction and installation of the project - with a price of nearly 34 billion VND.
In the near future, after the above-mentioned construction package has bidding results, the construction unit will deploy the renovation of the landscape of Dong Can Lake park and the flower garden and green tree area near the Provincial Party Committee.
According to project documents, for the Dong Can Lake area, the contractor will move the existing green trees and replant all the trees adjacent to Tran Phu and Nguyen Tat Thanh streets. The time for the winning bidder to implement the package is 360 days.
The project is invested with the goal of improving the quality of life, improving the environment, preserving and promoting cultural values, and at the same time enhancing economic value.
In parallel with that, the renovation of the lake and flower garden area helps create a harmonious green space, beautify the landscape, support water regulation, reduce the urban heat island effect and attract tourism and investment, contributing to the socio-economic and cultural development of Viet Tri ward.
80 billion VND to "change clothes" for Hung Vuong square
The project "Lighting, decoration, fountain system in Hung Vuong Square area, Viet Tri ward, Phu Tho province" has a total investment of 85 billion VND invested by the Viet Tri Ward Construction Investment Project Management Board.
On May 22, the Viet Tri Ward Construction Investment Project Management Board issued a bidding invitation notice for "Package No. 03: Construction and installation of works" of the project - priced at 80 billion VND.
In the near future, after the above bidding package completes the contractor selection work, the winning bidder will deploy the construction of lighting systems, decorations, and fountains in the Hung Vuong square area.
According to the project dossier, the construction investment scale of the bidding package includes:
