Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the investment policy for the Project to build a road from provincial road DT. 490 to Con Xanh (phase 1).
According to the decision, the project is implemented in Rang Dong commune, Ninh Binh province, with a total length of about 9km, scale of 4 lanes. Project implementation time is 3 years, from 2026 to 2028. Total investment of more than 1,900 billion VND from the provincial budget.
Design scale, the starting point of the route intersects with provincial road DT. 490 at Km46+200/DT. 490; the ending point intersects with Ta Day dyke.
The set goal is that the route will connect Ninh Co Economic Zone with the North-South Expressway (CT. 01) and Ninh Binh - Hai Phong Expressway (CT. 08), contributing to ensuring smooth and safe traffic, meeting the transportation needs of people and projects in the area.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 to be the investor, urgently coordinate to complete the feasibility study report. Relevant agencies and units are responsible for organizing project implementation to ensure quality, efficiency, and on schedule; and at the same time strengthen the management and use of investment capital, to prevent loss and waste.
