According to the decision, the province spent nearly 55 billion VND for agencies and units to perform disaster prevention tasks in 2026 from the Ninh Binh Provincial Disaster Prevention and Control Fund.
In which, there are 16 key projects allocated funds simultaneously at the level of 2.9 billion VND for each project. The capital source focuses on handling dyke and embankment damage incidents in many localities such as: Giao Thuy sea dyke line (section K19+586 - K23+295 in Giao Binh commune), production embankment in Trai Me village and Yen Tri embankment (Yen Dong commune), culvert 15 of Yen Phuc embankment line (Yen Cuong commune), production embankment in Ngo Xa 3 and Ninh Mat villages (Y Yen commune).
Nghia Hung irrigation system also receives funding to handle landslides on the sea and field dyke slopes and repair Thuy San I, Thuy San IB and Thu Ich culverts. Other areas such as Hai Tien commune handle sea dykes in the Hai Ly church area; Gia Tuong commune handles dykes from Co Mo communal house to Mai Xa communal house, and the section from Tran Roc Xeo dam to Canh Bau pumping station...
Along with the recovery work, it was decided to allocate 1.35 billion VND for disaster prevention activities.
The decision clearly states that the Management Agency of the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Control Fund shall disburse and guide agencies and units to use support funds from the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Control Fund according to regulations.
Assign Heads of agencies and units allocated funds to be responsible for managing, using and finalizing funds in accordance with regulations.
