Instead, there is a more stable living space, ensuring basic conditions of electricity, water, sanitation and security and order.

Many people shared that although it is still a temporary residence, compared to living in a dilapidated old apartment building, their current lives are much safer and safer.
Moving to a 34m2 temporary apartment in the concentrated student housing complex of Nam Dinh ward, Ms. Le Thi Long (80 years old) shared: "Since moving to the temporary residence area, I feel much more secure. In the old apartment building, every time it rains heavily or there is a storm, I have to move. Now that scene is no longer there, although it is not yet a private house, it is at least safer to live in. Since moving here, officials of the Housing Management Board have also regularly visited and helped.

Not only Ms. Long, many other households also said that their lives have had many positive changes since leaving the degraded apartment building to move to temporary accommodation.
Representatives of the Ninh Binh Housing Management Board said that to ensure living conditions for households relocated from old apartment buildings 181 and 207 Hoang Van Thu, the unit has proactively prepared facilities before people move to temporary residence.
Accordingly, the apartments are cleaned up, the electricity and water systems are checked and repaired to ensure safety and convenience during use. Because most residents are elderly, the Management Board prioritizes arranging accommodation from the 1st to the 3rd floors for convenient travel. In addition, the unit also arranges a separate free parking area for households, contributing to meeting daily living needs during temporary residence.
