Previously, at 12:30 on the same day, May 23, at the intersection of Road 351 - the road to Hoang Mai residential area in Dong Thai Ward, An Duong District, a road traffic accident occurred.
A motorbike driven by Mr. T.B.P (born in 1963, residing in Thanh Ha, Hai Duong) towards Lam Khe bridge to National Highway 10 collided with a car driven by M.X.N (born in 1973, residing in Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong) traveling in the same direction, turning right. As a result, Mr. P was injured in the head area. Initially, the authorities determined that Mr. P did not control the speed, so the accident occurred.
