Dak Lak - Functional agencies have verified the whereabouts of the 14-year-old female student who has been missing for many days.

On August 26, Ea Ning Commune Police (Dak Lak province) said that the unit had received information from Dao Thanh Ward Police (Dong Thap province) about finding female student T.N (14 years old, residing in hamlet 8, Ea Ning commune), after more than 2 weeks of the family reporting missing.

Accordingly, on August 25, N was discovered at a resident's house in Dao Thanh ward.

Ms. V.T.V (N's mother) confirmed that she had received a report about finding her daughter. Immediately after that, she took a bus to Dong Thap to complete procedures to pick up her daughter to go home.

As Lao Dong newspaper reported, at about 11 am on August 9, N's relatives came to Ea Ning Commune Police to report that she had left home, and it was unclear where she was going. The commune police then coordinated with the family to organize a search, and at the same time issued a notice to find the missing person to support the family.

Before leaving home, N left a handwritten letter. In the letter, she said that she saw her grandparents and parents working hard, so she wanted to drop out of school to work and earn money to help her family.

Because she could not contact her daughter for a long time, the family was worried that she might be seduced and dragged away from the locality by bad people.
