8 people beat a female student
On December 26, Que Phong Secondary School (Que Son Commune, Da Nang City) quickly reported to the authorities regarding the case of an 8th grade female student of the school being beaten by a group of students and having to be hospitalized for treatment.
Previously, on December 25, 2 clips appeared on Facebook recording a female student being beaten by many male and female students, continuously slapping and punching in the face. Some other students even laughed and filmed videos. The clips after being posted have made the public extremely upset, condemning school violence.
According to the image in the clip, the victim was almost unable to resist and was continuously assaulted in the presence of many other students.
According to the report of Que Phong Secondary School, from about 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on December 23, after school in the afternoon, some students went to the cultural house of Tan Phong village, Que Son commune.
Here, student L.N.T. (student of another school) sent a message calling on a group of students from Que Phong Secondary School to meet. After talking to H.G.H. (female, student of class 8/1, Que Phong Secondary School), T. suddenly slapped H. In the face. After that, many other students rushed in and beat her.
Notably, student L.T.H. (male, student of class 8/1, Que Phong Secondary School) directly participated in the fight and was the one who filmed the entire incident. The initial cause was determined to be due to personal conflicts in advance.
As a result, H.G.H. was seriously affected in terms of health and spirit, fell into a state of panic and is currently being treated at the hospital.
According to initial statistics, the group of students who participated in beating H. consisted of 8 students, including 2 students from other schools, the rest were students of class 8/1, Que Phong Secondary School.
School reports to police, opens disciplinary council
Discussing the incident, a representative of Que Phong Secondary School said that as soon as they received the information, the school asked the students involved to write a report and work with all the students who witnessed it to fully and objectively verify the incident.
"Immediately after the incident, the school visited H.G.H., and at the same time reassured him and his family," the school representative informed.
Que Phong Secondary School has also reported the incident to Que Son Commune Police by sending videos and contacting them directly to coordinate the handling according to regulations.
The school will invite all parents and students involved to work, and at the same time open a disciplinary council to strictly handle students who participated in beating their friends. In addition, it is recommended that the commune police take measures to handle and deter to prevent the recurrence of school violence, added the school representative.
The incident is being further verified and clarified by the authorities.
