On January 1st, information from the Traffic Police Department, the Traffic Police Department of Thai Nguyen Police intervened to verify and handle a female tiktoker who stopped her car in the middle of the road to argue because of a flashing light.
Accordingly, on the evening of December 29, 2025, on the road in Ngan Son commune, Thai Nguyen province, Ms. Ngo T.M.H (born in 1999, residing in Trung Hoi) driving a truck with license plate 20C-237.xx stopped the vehicle not close to the right side of the road in a narrow road or without a sidewalk.
According to the Traffic Police Department, Ms. H.'s actions violated point d, clause 2, Article 6 of Decree 168/ND-CP of the Government and were fined 700,000 VND. The administrative violation record was made by the Thai Nguyen Traffic Police Department on the afternoon of December 31, 2025.
In the video, the female driver stopped the car, blocked the front of a truck and said: "What are you flashing the lights for? I like flashing, I'm just inviting you online, it's nothing".

The owner then posted a video explaining. The female tiktoker said that because it was dark, the car in the opposite direction flashed the lights, making her feel dazzled, dangerous, and unable to move.
