On the morning of November 25, a photo of a flock of ducks moving in the premises of a 5-star resort on Hon Tre Island, Nha Trang appeared on social media.
Many netizens believe that this flock of ducks may have been swept from the Cai River to the sea, then drifted to the island's coast.
The resort where the duck flock appeared was located on Hon Tre Island, about 5km east of Nha Trang city center and 3.5km from Cau Da port.

The incident attracted the attention of many tourists and netizens, and at the same time reflected the impact of floods on the environment and creatures living near rivers and seas.
Before that, another rare story also caused a stir. That was a buffalo swept away by flood in Hoa Thinh commune, Dak Lak province, standing on the roof of a toilet for 5 days before being successfully rescued by soldiers.
This morning, the soldiers of Division 315, Military Region 5 used straws to create a ladder, then pulled the buffalo down to the ground.
Both of these stories show the harshness of natural disasters and the efforts of the military and local authorities in protecting people and livestock, while spreading the spirit of humanity in the community.
