Water from Cai River through Kim Binh Quarter, Ham Thang Ward (Lam Dong Province) rose with strong current. Water overflowed into people's land and created a new flow.

By the afternoon of December 5, this flow washed away the concrete road of the people.

In addition, floodwaters also swept away graves in this area. At the scene, the road was swept away about 10m long, causing disruption on both sides.

On the other side of the shore, there are 13 households with 49 people living there. Ham Thang commune authorities were present at the scene to place warning signs and prevent people from going to the dangerous area.

The Mobile Police of Lam Dong Province Police deployed to stretch ropes connecting the two banks.

The soldiers put food on rubber boats and tied ropes, swam through fast-flowing water to provide food to people on the other side.

Mr. Tran Ngoc Hien - Chairman of Ham Thang Ward People's Committee was present at the scene to direct the work to fix the problem and care for the people.
