Previously, the Hanoi Election Commission issued Decision No. 50/QD-UBBC on announcing the official list of candidates for deputies of the Hanoi City People's Council of the XVII term, term 2026 - 2031.
The official list includes 205 candidates for Hanoi City People's Council deputies for the 2026 - 2031 term, in 31 constituencies, to elect 125 Hanoi City People's Council deputies for the 2026 - 2031 term.
In the list of candidates for the Hanoi People's Council, there is Mr. Do Vinh Quang, born in 1995, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors cum Deputy General Director of T&T Group Joint Stock Company.
Mr. Do Vinh Quang is the second son of Mr. Do Quang Hien (Bau Hien), founder of T&T Group.
Mr. Do Vinh Quang is on the list of candidates for Hanoi City People's Council delegates for the 2026 - 2031 term in constituency No. 30 (including Me Linh, Yen Lang, Tien Thang, Quang Minh communes).
