    The ceremony to announce and award the decision to appoint the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of An Giang province took place in Rach Gia ward.

    On April 29, in Rach Gia ward (An Giang province), the Supreme People's Court held a ceremony to announce and award the decision to appoint the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of An Giang province.

    At the ceremony, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Bien Thuy presented the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Thai Ret (born in 1975, native of Can Tho city), Chief Justice of the People's Court of Ca Mau province to hold the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of An Giang province. The term of appointment is 5 years, from May 1, 2026.

    Previously, Chief Justice of An Giang Provincial People's Court Vo Ke Nghiep (born 1969) was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Chief Justice of Ca Mau Provincial People's Court.
