On February 28, the Party Committee of Hau Giang Provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce the Decision to improve the organization, apparatus and personnel work.
The Party Committee of Hau Giang Provincial People's Committee decided to establish specialized advisory and support agencies, including: Party Committee Organization Committee, Party Committee Inspection Committee, Party Committee Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Party Committee Office.
At the conference, the Party Committee of Hau Giang Provincial People's Committee also decided to assign Mr. Tran Thanh Liem - Director of the Department of Home Affairs to hold the position of Head of the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee's Organization Committee for the 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 terms.
Assigned Ms. Phan Thi Thu Thuyen to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee's Organization Committee; Mr. Nguyen Minh Trung to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Party Committee's Office.
The Party Committee of Hau Giang Provincial People's Committee also decided to establish Party committees and Party cells and appoint Executive Committees, Secretaries, and Deputy Secretaries of Party committees and grassroots Party cells under the Provincial People's Committee (according to the arrangement and streamlining of the Provincial People's Committee's apparatus).
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Van Huyen - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hau Giang Provincial People's Committee requested that newly established agencies, party committees and Party cells immediately appoint the establishment of affiliated grassroots party organizations, establish an executive committee and personnel the executive committee; immediately hold a congress of affiliated Party cells for the 2025-2030 term if conditions are met, ensuring completion before April 15.
The Secretary of the Party Committee of Hau Giang Provincial People's Committee stated that the appointed cadres to participate in the executive committee, standing committee, and key positions of the Party Committees and Party cells immediately started to complete legal documents, so that the management work could be smooth and continuous.
