On the afternoon of February 26, Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee held a Conference to implement the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment - was assigned by the Secretariat to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025, and was introduced to be elected as Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Hau Giang province.
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh was born in 1975, from Thanh Hoa; has a PhD in Agriculture from Seoul National University (in 2005), Associate Professor (in 2010) and a high level of political theory.
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh has 15 years of experience in research and teaching on agriculture, environment and climate change; holds management positions at Thai Nguyen University, including Deputy Head of the Department of Science and International Relations Management, Director of the International Training Center, Head of the International Faculty...
He was then transferred to the position of Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment under the National Assembly Office, member of the 14th National Assembly Secretariat.
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh was a National Assembly delegate of the 14th and 15th terms. Before being transferred by the Central Government to Hau Giang, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh held the position of Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment, Chairman of the Vietnam - Israel Friendship Parliamentarians Group.
