According to information from the route management and operation unit, at the above time, car BKS 30K-391. xx was traveling in the direction of Lao Cai - Noi Bai. When reaching Km 159+350, the vehicle suddenly crashed into the protective corrugated iron fence on the side of the road, then rushed out to the area under construction to expand.
The collision injured two people in the car, one of whom was stabbed in the chest by the iron barrier, losing a lot of blood. The corrugated iron fence protecting the construction site was damaged, and the vehicle was also deformed after the accident.
