The accident was determined to have occurred at 7:35 am on April 27, in the area in front of No. 470 Trung An street (Bon Phu hamlet, Binh My commune, Ho Chi Minh City).
At the above time, Ms. Nguyen Thi N. (36 years old, residing in Thu Duc ward) was pushing a stroller with a baby inside, along with two other babies walking on Trung An street, heading from Provincial Road 8 towards the Saigon River embankment.
At this time, driver Nguyen Quoc T., 55 years old, driving a car with Ho Chi Minh City license plate, suddenly rushed from behind and threw Ms. N. a long distance away.
After the incident, Ms. N. was taken to the emergency room but died. The cause of the incident is currently being investigated.
