    According to reports from functional forces, at about 2 pm on April 28, at Km330+270 National Highway 1A (section passing through Quang Phu ward, Thanh Hoa province), an accident occurred between a truck with license plate 36C-320. xx traveling in the South - North direction and a motorbike with license plate 36C2-347. xx traveling in the same direction.

    The collision killed the person sitting behind the motorbike on the spot, and the motorbike was heavily damaged.
