On the afternoon of July 24, the authorities were still blocking off the scene of a 7-seat car colliding with other vehicles on Vo Van Kiet Street (under Nguyen Tri Phuong Bridge).

According to local residents, at around 1:30 p.m. on July 24, many vehicles were traveling on Vo Van Kiet Street, from the old District 1 to the old Binh Tan District. When reaching the section below Nguyen Tri Phuong Bridge, An Dong Ward, a 7-seat car suddenly had a flat tire, climbed onto the median strip and crashed into the opposite lane. After that, this 7-seat car continued to collide with 2 other cars before stopping completely.

The accident caused traffic congestion in the area. As soon as the report was received, An Dong Ward Police and the Traffic Police force quickly arrived at the scene to regulate traffic and clarify the cause of the incident.
Initially, the authorities determined that the accident did not cause any human casualties.
Ho Chi Minh City Police are continuing to investigate to clarify the specific cause of the incident.
