On August 4, the leader of the People's Committee of Di Linh commune (Lam Dong province) said that the commune's functional forces are investigating and clarifying the case of a truck pulling a telecommunication cable and breaking it, causing a motorcyclist to get stuck and fall onto the road.
According to initial information, at around 1:47 a.m. on August 3, a truck (license plate and driver unknown) carrying an excavator was traveling from Ly Thuong Kiet Street (Di Linh Commune) to National Highway 20. When moving to the Ly Thuong Kiet - National Highway 20 intersection, the machinery behind the truck's truck was stuck in the telecommunication cable, causing the cable to break and fall onto the road.
At 5:24 a.m. the same day, Mr. Le Viet Anh (born in 1961, residing in Di Linh commune) was driving a motorbike to the roundabout area when he got into a cable, fell onto the road, injured, and had to be hospitalized for emergency care.

After receiving the report, the authorities of Di Linh commune were present at the scene, organized an investigation, searched for the car and the truck driver involved in the incident to clarify and handle according to regulations.
After the accident, Mr. Le Viet Anh was taken to Lam Dong General Hospital for emergency treatment with a condition of lung contusion. Currently, the victim is out of danger.
