According to initial information, at around 8:30 p.m. on February 13, a car with license plate 73A-068.XX (driver unknown) was traveling from Ba Don bus station to the Ba Don town stadium area (Quang Binh province), colliding with an electric motorbike and a motorbike carrying a mother and child.
After the collision, the electric motorbike driver, Ms. T.T.H (53 years old), fell onto the road and was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment by local people but died.
The mother and child on the motorbike were only slightly scratched, the electric motorbike and the motorbike were severely damaged.
After receiving the report, the authorities were present at the scene to direct traffic and clarify the cause of the accident.
