At that time, the truck with license plate 26C-144.33 carrying goods (glue handling) driven by Quach Van Tien (born in 1985, residing in Ninh Binh province) was traveling in the direction of Son La - Hanoi. When going down Cun slope, the vehicle lost its brakes and crashed into the positive slope, causing the front of the vehicle to deform and overturn.
At the time of the accident, there were 3 people in the car.
The driver and the owner escaped, while one person in the passenger seat was trapped in the cabin.
Upon receiving the report, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Hoa Binh area under the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Phu Tho Province Police quickly arrived at the scene to carry out the rescue.
After about 20 minutes, the authorities used specialized equipment to break the cabin, rescue the victim and hand over to the medical team to take him to Hoa Binh General Hospital for emergency care.
